Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Advocate Industrial, we are committed to providing fast, reliable delivery of our passive fire protection products and associated materials across Australia.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We utilise trusted national freight and courier providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
  • NSW Regional: 2–4 business days
  • Interstate Metro (VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 2–5 business days
  • WA, NT & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days


Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • For bulk orders or pallet deliveries, custom freight pricing may apply. Please contact us directly for a quotation.


Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available from our Sydney warehouse by prior arrangement.
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Authority to Leave

  • If you provide authority to leave, goods will be left at the delivery address without a signature.
  • Advocate Industrial is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery has been completed under ATL instructions.


Damaged or Missing Goods

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Supply chain disruptions
